  • Naturally, you are not expected to accept merchandise damaged in shipment or with manufacturer's defects -- and these goods may be exchanged. Other returns of merchandise will incur a 30% restocking fee.

    There are no refunds on delivery once the furniture has been delivered. There are no refunds on delivery if the customer declines delivery of the furniture once the delivery personnel have arrived at locatoin with the merchandise to be delivered. If the customer declines delivery of merchandise, after the delivery personnel are already at location with merchandise, the customer will incur a 30% restocking fee of the merchandise. Any monies remaining, after the 30% restocking fee and non-refundable delivery fee are subtracted from the invoice, will be refunded in the form of in-store credit only.

Customer must call the Best Deal Home Furniture location that they are requesting to return their merchandise to before bringing their merchandise to the location.
